STEP BY STEP

Service Process

01

Application and Preliminary Evaluation

The patient submits their request via the contact form, email, or phone. Existing medical records, imaging reports, and information about medications currently being taken are requested.

02

Physician Evaluation

The application is reviewed by our physician specializing in the relevant field. The remote evaluation does not constitute a diagnosis; a definitive evaluation is made following an examination at our facility.

03

Information and Planning

The procedures to be performed, potential risks, the recovery process, and the length of stay required in Turkey are communicated to the patient in writing in a language the patient understands.

04

Travel and Reception

Once the appointment date is confirmed, we will arrange for airport transfers, accommodations, and transportation to our organization.

05

Examination and Treatment

Patients are examined in person at our facility. Prior to the procedure, the informed consent form is read aloud to the patient in a language they understand and then signed.

06

Monitoring and Control

Follow-up appointments are scheduled after treatment. Even after the patient returns to their home country, communication continues through the International Patient Unit; follow-up findings are documented.
